THE GENERAL PARTNER
WILLIAM JAMES CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC (the “General Partner”), a Florida Limited Liability Company, is the sole General Partner of the Partnership. The General Partner is responsible for implementing the general investment objectives of the Partnership. The Limited Partners acknowledge and understand that the General Partner is not the investment advisor to any individual Limited Partner. The General Partner has delegated authority to its affiliate WILLIAM JAMES INVESTMENT ADVISORS, LLC to serve as the Investment Advisor for the Partnership.
